What is ToolAora?
ToolAora is a free online tools website at toolaora.online. It brings together 110 small, single-purpose tools — a JSON formatter and validator, word and character counters, Base64, Base32 and Base91 encoders, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL and XML formatters, email, URL, date and IP extractors, text cleaners, random generators, and a full image & PDF workshop with converters, a compressor, a DPI changer and an images-to-PDF builder, plus a complete QR code studio for Wi-Fi, contacts, WhatsApp, payments and more — in one place, free for everyone, with no sign up and no installation.
Why we built ToolAora
Every day, writers, developers, students and office workers lose minutes to tiny chores: counting words against a limit, decoding one encoded string, cleaning a copied list, checking whether a JSON file is valid. Desktop software is too heavy for jobs like these, and doing them by hand is slow and error-prone. ToolAora exists to make each of those jobs a ten-second task: open the tool, paste, copy the result, move on.
How our tools work — expertise you can verify
Every ToolAora tool runs entirely in your web browser using JavaScript. Nothing you paste is uploaded to a server, stored in a database or shared with anyone — that is not just a policy, it is the architecture of the site, and you can prove it yourself by loading a tool, switching your connection off, and watching it keep working.
Accuracy matters more to us than novelty, so each converter and formatter follows the public standard that defines its format. JSON is handled to the rules of RFC 8259, the JSON data interchange standard; encodings use their published alphabets and padding rules; hashes come from the browser’s built-in cryptographic engine; and the web technologies underneath every tool are the ones documented by MDN Web Docs. When a tool cannot do what you asked, it tells you plainly instead of guessing.
Our editorial and testing process
Every tool is tested before it is published on ToolAora, and re-tested whenever it changes. We check each tool against known inputs and expected outputs, test edge cases such as empty input, unusual characters and very large text, and verify the page on phones as well as desktops. Each tool page carries a full written guide — what the tool does, step-by-step instructions, real use cases, a worked example, tips, common mistakes and answers to frequently asked questions — written and reviewed by the ToolAora team, and dated when it was last updated.
Who uses ToolAora?
Developers debugging APIs and configuration files; writers and SEO specialists counting words, cleaning keyword lists and generating slugs; students checking essay lengths; office workers rescuing text from PDFs and spreadsheets; teachers building quizzes with the random generators; and anyone who needs one small conversion done properly, once, without installing anything. You can read what some of them say on our Feedback page.
Free means free
ToolAora is free to use: no sign up, no accounts, no usage limits, no watermarks, and no premium tier hiding the useful features. Because the tools run on your own device, the site stays fast and inexpensive to run — which is exactly why we can offer it this way. If a tool ever helps you, the best thank-you is telling a colleague about it.
